Cole Law Partners, P.C. is a Massachusetts construction and commercial litigation firm. Founded in October 2025 by J. Nathan Cole, Alexander Zwillinger, Greg Vanden-Eykel and Ross Wecker, the firm has grown to eleven lawyers in its first year.
The firm represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and homeowners in disputes arising from commercial and residential construction projects. Its work includes payment and Prompt Pay Act claims, mechanic’s liens under Chapter 254, delay and change order disputes, defective work claims, and contract disputes. The firm’s lawyers try cases in the Massachusetts trial courts, arbitrate disputes, and handle appeals. In 2026, Attorney Cole argued J.C. Cannistraro, LLC v. Columbia Construction Co. before the Supreme Judicial Court. The firm also handles commercial litigation for businesses in and around the construction industry.
