Mark Clore, owner, practices catastrophic personal injury and business law. Areas of practice include personal injury, wrongful death, trucking and commercial transportation cases, business losses and litigation, construction and premises liability, product liability, toxic torts, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical liability, and nursing home negligence. He has been admitted to practice in Texas, Georgia, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Washington, D.C., and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina, and before the U.S. District Court, District of Columbia. A graduate of Rice University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree, and South Texas College of Law, Clore is board certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, professional medical negligence by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys, and personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In addition to being a member of the South Carolina Bar, the State Bar of Texas, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the North Carolina State Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, and the District of Columbia Bar, he is a member of the American Association of Justice, where he serves on the Leaders Forum. Clore currently holds an AV (T) rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed as a SuperLawyer in both Texas and South Carolina on numerous occasions. He has also been named an associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Vernon Glenn, also known as the “Lowcountry Lawyer,” is a board certified civil trial lawyer who has been practicing law for over 30 years. He is admitted to practice in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina, and before the U.S. District Court Eastern District of North Carolina, the U.S. District Court Western District of North Carolina, the U.S. District Court Middle District of North Carolina, the U.S.Court of Appeals 4th Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court District of South Carolina.

Glenn has been named a civil trial lawyer by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in both North and South Carolina. He has also received the Professional Trial Lawyers Institute certification by J.A. Appleman Seminars in Knoxville, Tennessee. He has been named as one of the Outstanding Lawyers of America, as one of the Best Lawyers in America, as one of the Best Trial Lawyers in America, and he has received the highest A/V rating from Martindale Hubbell for professional skill and ethics.

Additionally, Glenn, who is one of only 26 certified civil trial lawyers in South Carolina and one of only 14 in North Carolina, has testified before the U.S. Senate Committee on Aging.Glenn is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the South Carolina, North Carolina, and American Bar Associations, The North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He has also served as chairman of the Ethics Committee for both the SCTLA, Medico-Legal Affairs Committee and the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, as a member of the Board of Directors for the Carolina Lowcountry Girl Scout Council, as a member of the advisory council to the Board of Trustees at Ashley Hall, and as a member of the Board of Trustees at Charleston Day School.
