Located in the Buckhead community of Atlanta, Berman Fink Van Horn provides a broad scope of business services and depth of expertise. Our name partners, Jeffrey Berman, Benjamin Fink and Charles Van Horn, have been in practice together since 1997. Our commitment to a collaborative culture of mutual respect has contributed to our growth and hard-earned reputation.

Our clients include individuals, businesses and business owners that range from start-ups to large, established entities and publicly traded companies. Sustainability at BFV
As individuals and as a firm, we are committed to a sustainable future for our planet. We are a member of the Law Firm Sustainability Network. Through this organization, we share best practices, realize key performance indicators and foster knowledge-sharing and innovation. Our efforts to promote sustainable business practices include an electronic management/paperless business model, active recycling, reduced electricity consumption and use of public transportation (our offices are conveniently located near MARTA, Atlanta’s public transit system). We also actively volunteer with Trees Atlanta, a non-profit organization that works to mitigate Atlanta’s tree loss, protect its forests, and increase its tree canopy.
