Emroch & Kilduff, LLP was founded in 1970 as Walter H. Emroch & Associates. Today, our firm has multiple offices and six attorneys who are ready to help you get the attention and service you deserve.

We do not represent insurance companies, large corporations or hospitals.

Our firm focuses specifically on representing the victims of personal injury in both state and federal courts.

The award-winning, skilled legal team at Emroch & Kilduff serves injured victims throughout Virginia. We understand the difficulties that victims and their families face in the aftermath of a severe injury, and we are here to help you through this challenging time.

For more than 40 years, Emroch & Kilduff has helped victims of all types of personal injury cases, including car accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, aviation disasters, railroad accidents and product liability matters. Our legal team has recovered millions of dollars in damages for clients who have been injured by the negligence of others. We work each case with care, respect and commitment to our clients in order to get the best possible outcomes.

Our Results

Emroch & Kilduff attorneys have secured millions on behalf of our clients through settlements, mediations or jury verdicts. These include $3 million for medical malpractice, $7.75 million for a slip and fall and $2 million for a complex automobile and medical malpractice case. Our attorneys regularly represent clients at all levels of state and federal court, including the Supreme Court of Virginia.

Our attorneys routinely litigate and try all types of personal injury cases in order to achieve the best results possible for our clients.

Referrals & Co-Counsel

At Emroch & Kilduff, our attorneys are proud of our long history of handling attorney referral cases in Virginia and Washington, D.C. We welcome law firm referrals to ensure all clients have access to the legal help they need when it comes to complex personal injury cases.

Our attorneys accept referrals from attorneys that do not handle personal injury cases or that don’t handle specific claims (like medical malpractice and section 1983 civil rights cases).

Emroch & Kilduff maintains close relationships with Virginia law firms and attorneys who refer us to clients. In exchange, we pay a percentage of the attorney fee earned from a personal injury case. We work to ensure that all referring lawyers in Virginia feel confident and motivated to approach us for professional services.

Our firm has partnered with a statewide network of experts in diverse fields, including health, engineering and accident reconstruction, to provide expertise in each referral case. As personal injury attorneys in Virginia, we aggressively advocate on the client’s behalf.
