Susan J. Hahn’s immigration and nationality law practice was established in 1995. Ms. Hahn focuses on international business-related immigration matters for multinational and international corporations worldwide. Ms. Hahn has represented public and private companies, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, universities, medical organizations, airlines, unions, and telecommunication and multimedia entities. Ms. Hahn represents clients in corporate transfers of managers and executives, specialized business professionals, investment entrepreneurs, business trade professionals, as well as medical professionals, professors and researchers, chefs and hotel employees, and foreign nationals who are extraordinary in the field of business, science, and the arts. Ms. Hahn is a member of the Florida Bar and its International Law Section, the American Bar Association and its Section of International Law, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ms. Hahn has been recognized as one of “Florida’s Legal Elite” by Florida Trend magazine. She has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America, 2012-2017. Her firm, The Law Offices of Susan J. Hahn, P.A., has been ranked Tier 1 in the metropolitan Miami area for immigration law by U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” for 2014-2017. Ms. Hahn has served as a committee member for The Florida Bar’s Unauthorized Practice Section and is featured in the Nationwide Register’s Report of Who’s Who in Executives and Businesses.
