The 2022 Best Lawyers in Northern California publication includes top-ranked legal talent in The Best Lawyers in America® as well as the second edition listings of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Fresno, Oakland, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose and Santa Rosa.

In this issue, we feature Randall H. Scarlett and Scarlett Law Group, one of Northern California’s premier personal injury law firms. Traumatic brain injuries are the most life-altering injuries sustained, and Scarlett Law Group has spent more than 30 years fighting for clients to receive multi-million-dollar settlements.
