On October 24, 2019, Shareholder Mark Malloy presented at the Medical Professional Liability Association Corporate Counsel Workshop in Riverside, California. Mark's presentation, "A Year in Coverage," focused on recent developments over the past year in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation for medical professional liability insurers. The MPL Association is the insurance industry trade association that represents a full range of entities doing business in the medical professional liability arena.
