MTFN Welcomes April Toy as an Associate Attorney

Meissner Tierney is pleased to welcome April Toy as an Associate Attorney. In her new position, April will focus her practice on commercial litigation, including insurance coverage and defense issues.

"We are excited to welcome April to our team," said Tom Nichols, President and Shareholder at Meissner Tierney. "April comes to the firm highly qualified, with nine years of litigation experience. Her dedication to providing our clients with exceptional legal service make her an excellent addition to the firm."

Prior to joining Meissner Tierney, she worked as an attorney for Borgelt, Powell, Peterson & Frauen, S.C. in Milwaukee. April earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School. She has been admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
