Martin R. Galbut is revered among his peers and has gained great esteem and recognition during his years involved in law. He began his career by receiving a Bachelor of Science in 1968 from Northwestern University as a Clarion de Witt Hardy Scholar. From there, he went on to attend Northwestern University School of Law where he received a Juris Doctor cum laude in 1971.

In addition to being able to practice law in Arizona state courts, Galbut can also practice before the U.S. District Court of Arizona as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He was also an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and FINRA.

Galbut is the cofounder and managing partner of Phoenix, Arizona’s Galbut & Galbut, P.C., where their main focus is business litigation and transactions. They assist clients throughout Phoenix with cases pertaining to securities law, shareholder disputes, antitrust violations, intellectual property protection, employment law, real estate dealings, and health care concerns. They fervently assess all legal situations and either pursue business litigation or provide arbitration and mediation services, depending on what is needed.

On top of his work within his firm, Galbut has also lectured about his various practice areas at continuing legal education program conferences. He’s also published pieces about securities law, arbitration and mediation, and more. And on a more personal level, Galbut is a connoisseur of art and antiques, a talented painter, and was appointed to serve on Arizona’s Air Quality Control Hearing Board to combat urban air quality issues. Mr. Galbut also won the Arizona State Bar’s Creative Arts Competition in painting in 2016.

Galbut & Galbut, P.C., works often with financial institutions and businesses to find solutions to a varying range of business-related issues. They tackle these situations with an enviable level of professionalism and skill, and their team of lawyers has been aptly awarded for their efforts throughout the years. Mr. Galbut has been listed with The Best Lawyers in America since 2001 for his work in business and securities and was also featured by Super Lawyers Magazine. Keith R. Galbut and Olivier A. Beabeau are also recognized by Arizona Business Magazine as Top Lawyers.
