FRANTZ LAW GROUP (FLG), proudly represents victims and their families who have suffered significant losses, injuries and death from tragic wildfires, gas blowouts, catastrophic roadway crashes and dangerous consumer products. FLG is one of the most widely recognized powerhouse litigation/trial law firms in the United States. For more than 42 years, FLG has achieved winning jury verdicts and settlements in the billions of dollars for thousands of victims nationwide.2 “Following an injury, victims are understandably concerned about their health and may not realize that they have various legal rights,” says Frantz. “We approach our clients’ claims acknowledging how important their lives are and that we fight for compensation to hold the negligent wrongdoer accountable.”3

The firm’s humble beginnings date back to the late 1970s. Today, FLG has 16 lawyers and 30 staff members as well as 13 off ices throughout California and Hawaii.

The firm’s success is attributable to hard work through four decades of accumulated trial and litigation experience. For example, in a complex case, FLG typically assembles a mock trial and presents evidence from the plaintiff and defense. During the mock trial, the mock jurors provide their impressions of the quality, clarity and persuasiveness of the evidence. After hearing and watching argument from the plaintiff and defense (opening and closing arguments) and reviewing the evidence presented, as well as the Jury Instructions and Special Verdict Form, the verdict is rendered. The mock jury’s analysis and findings guide the firm to more precisely understand how most effectively to present legal theories of the case, the evidence, and witnesses. FLG forms a much keener understanding of the particular nuances of each case prior to the actual trial, thereby increasing the probability of a victory.
