Spearheading the law firm that bears his name, Daniel J. T. “These regulations, which span more than 700 pages, are an important part of making the highways safer, and teaching them ensures that I’m always up to date,” Sciano says. “I took a deposition the other day in San Antonio for a collision case where the company at fault, a gravel hauling motor carrier in the city, admitted it didn’t have a single driver in the fleet qualified to operate their trucks under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. That shows you the importance of enforcing these safety regulations.”
Sciano believes his tireless efforts to hold trucking companies accountable for the serious injuries and loss of life that they cause on a daily basis are improving the safety of Texas highways.
