The 2022 Connecticut’s Best Lawyers publication includes top-ranked legal talent in Hartford, New Haven, New London and Stamford excerpted from the 2022 editions of The Best Lawyers in America® as well as Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America.

In this issue, we take a look at Koskoff Koskoff & Bieder PC's history-making settlement on behalf of the families of the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting victims. For the families who lost their loved ones on that tragic day, the settlement, which came in February 2022, was a landmark victory and offers a renewed hope for meaningful and necessary change in the marketing of guns in the United States. Lead counsel Joshua D. “Josh” Koskoff stated that he and the families shared one singular goal from the onset of the case, which was to do whatever it takes to prevent another tragedy like this from occurring. Koskoff Koskoff & Bieder PC is known for versatility, integrity and perseverance in court, and they continue to be trailblazers for their clients.

This issue also features:

  • A spotlight on 2022 Hartford Employment Law – Management "Lawyer of the Year" Tanya A. Bovée of Jackson Lewis P.C.
  • All “Lawyer of the Year” recipients in Connecticut
  • A spotlight on the final ruling in Kissel v. Seagull, which aimed at striking down Connecticut’s historically restrictive solicitation and regulatory laws
