The 2021 South Florida's Best Lawyers publication includes more than 2,000 of the region's top-ranked legal talent as well as the inaugural appearance of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in print.

Our cover story features Steve Yerrid of The Yerrid Law Firm, whose work pushing for student-athlete safety has led to new protocols and regulations intended to prevent sports-related injuries and save lives.

We also interviewed two attorneys recognized by Best Lawyers—one a Florida state representative—to get an understanding of a challenge to a 2018 Florida state law that raised the minimum age to purchase rifles and other long guns from age 16 to 21.
