The first completely updated edition of James Pedowitz’s legendary book including entirely new material with 34 chapters written by 30 of the most prominent real estate attorneys of our lifetime. Adam Leitman Bailey had the great honor of co-editing with First American’s Michael Berey. In addition, Adam Leitman Bailey authored the chapters on Adverse Possession and Easements.

“With such a great group of authors we will be making it a point to publicize the contributors and editors. I would also like to sincerely thank the editors, Adam Leitman Bailey and Mike Berey. We have published hundreds of titles over the years and the attentiveness, expertise and commitment of Adam and Mike were unmatched, with the possible exception of James Pedowitz, the original editor of this landmark treatise.”
