Bill Marler was open and frank regarding our case. He evaluated the facts and communicated his willingness to be our representative. He kept us informed and was always available to take our calls and hear our concerns. We were, frankly, amazed at his ability to keep communication lines open while shepherding a huge number of like cases and advocating on food safety issues.

Why would you consider choosing Bill Marler? I could write a small novel here, but I will keep it simple - RESULTS. Anyone can find a good lawyer. The number of cases he works makes him your greatest ally. What is the value of your case? Anyone can guess, but the person who knows is the lawyer that has worked dozens, hundreds, or thousands of cases exactly like yours. That is who Bill is, yet you will never be treated like a number. Understanding the fair valuation of a case is the key to successfully getting a good settlement. Or maybe it is just how intimidating his resume and experience is to the defendant. By the way, with the number of cases he has worked, he is probably already on a first name basis with the defendant's legal team. He won't give up in negotiations, and the defendant knows that.
I was very surprised that Bill is such a down-to-earth great guy because of his position as the head of this firm as well as a big name throughout the country. Additionally, there is the measure of his success. Yet, when it was time for his daughter's ball game, he politely said, "I've got a game to go to." He let us sit in his office and chat with him like we were old friends. I know he was working for us, but it was more than that. I felt comfortable with him. I left his firm feeling comfortable and knowing he sincerely cared about our family and our concerns.
