Tonya Mitchem Grindon is chair of the Securities/Corporate Governance Group, on her firm's board of directors and a shareholder of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. in Nashville.  She was selected as shareholder a year ahead of schedule, the only woman in her 600+ attorney law firm to have that distinction.  Ms. Grindon concentrates her practice in securities, investment management, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and international business transactions.
