Terrance M. Miller has more than 37 years of experience at both the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. His practice spans a broad range of cases from professional negligence claims to intentional tort claims against employers to product liability cases involving a broad range of different products.
Mr. Miller was extensively involved in developing the professional negligence cases that were an important component of the resolution of the Home State Bank failure. He has tried numerous products liability cases involving snowmobiles, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, trucks, recreational vehicles and automobiles, bucket lifts and tires.
Mr. Miller represents clients on a national basis and has handled cases in Alabama, California, Texas, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, Florida, New Mexico, and Tennessee. He has argued before the Ohio Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Additionally, Mr. Miller has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for the areas of Personal Injury and Civil Litigation every year since 1987 and has been named the Best Lawyers’ 2010 Columbus, Ohio Personal Injury Litigator of the Year.
