Tammera R. Diehm is a shareholder in the real estate and campaign finance practice areas. She devotes her primary attention to representing clients in real estate development and land use matters as well as election law issues. In her practice, Tami has represented numerous clients before local governments and regulatory agencies. She has also assisted tax-exempt organizations with formation, IRS filings and compliance issues related to state and federal campaign finance laws. Tami serves as the city attorney in Mendota Heights, Minnesota.
Prior to joining the firm, Tami clerked for the Honorable Russell A. Anderson, Minnesota Supreme Court, 2003-2004. Tami lives in the City of Columbia Heights where she is an elected member of the City Council. She also serves as a member of the Economic Development Authority and as the Chair of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority. Tami is also a member of the Metropolitan Council's Land Use Advisory Committee.
