Mr. Rodríguez Azuero is a leading academic authority on Latin America banking and corporate reforms, advising financial institutions, the Colombian government and other entities across the region. He currently serves on arbitration panels on both the national and international level.

Mr Rodríguez has written several books related to the banking and financial sector in Latin America, including: ‘Contratos Bancarios’ (Banking Contracts), ‘Negocios Fiduciarios’ (Trust Agreements) and ‘La Responsabilidad del Fiduciario’ (The Trustee’s Responsibility).
Mr Rodríguez is an Emeritus and Honorary Professor at the Universidad del Rosario and a Visiting Scholar at Columbia Law School in New York, NY. He frequently serves as a panelist at conferences across Latin America and Europe, speaking on complex banking and financial law related matters. Mr Rodriguez is the former president of the French Colombian Chamber of Commerce and the Colombia Trust Association.
