Paul Sinderbrand has practiced communications law for thirty years, specializing in issues involving wireless broadband. He represents wireless broadband system operators using PCS, WCS, BRS/EBS, 700 MHz and 3.65 GHz, LMDS and 39 GHz band licensees, backhaul providers, equipment manufacturers; and investors. Paul represents the Wireless Communications Association International, Inc. and in that role has been at the center of efforts to secure spectrum allocations and service rules for Fourth Generation wireless services.
Paul also leads the Wilkinson Barker Knauer practice group that assists clients who secured economic stimulus grant and loan funding made available by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration and the Rural Utilities Service to promote broadband deployments.Paul is an active member of the Federal Communications Bar Association and a frequent author of articles on current communications issues. He has also been a regular speaker at legal and industry conventions, and has lectured on communications law at George Mason University. He has received the Wireless Communications Association’s coveted Golden Eagle for his years of service to the industry and has been named Lawyer of the Year by Private Cable & Wireless Cable magazine.
