Michael B. Keller is a partner in the Morgantown office of Bowles Rice and concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and real estate law, with an emphasis on real estate development and commercial lending. He regularly represents banks and borrowers in commercial loan transactions throughout West Virginia. Mr. Keller also provides title insurance through a number of national title insurance companies. He currently serves as a Director of United Bank’s advisory board for eastern West Virginia. In addition, Mr. Keller is recognized by Best Lawyers in America for Corporate Law and he has been recognized with an AV-rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
He received his bachelor of science degree in accounting, with honors, in 1966 from West Virginia University, where he was a member of Beta Alpha Psi and Beta Gamma Sigma, and earned his law degree in 1973 from West Virginia University, where he graduated Order of the Coif and was a member of the Board of Editors for the West Virginia Law Review (1972-1973).
Mr. Keller served as an officer in the U.S. Navy (1967-1969) and was admitted to practice in West Virginia in 1973.
