Michael McCabe is a Partner at Munck Wilson Mandala and is a member of the Firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. He has extensive courtroom experience representing companies in complex business and employment litigation matters. Michael also frequently negotiates and prepares executive employment agreements and covenants not to compete for employers. He regularly counsels clients on labor and employment issues inherent to personnel conflicts, mergers and acquisitions. For more than 10 years Michael has been Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Labor and Employment Law.
Michael is an effective trial lawyer known for using plain language and courtroom technology to connect with juries. His commitment to achieving outstanding results has led to many favorable jury verdicts for his clients, both plaintiffs and defendants. Judges find Michael to be persuasive. Michael has successfully handled many cases on appeal. Over the past several years, he has argued cases before the Texas Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, and the Texas Court of Appeals in Dallas and Beaumont.
For his achievements, Michael is recognized as a leading labor and employment lawyer.
