Mary Quinlan joined the firm in 1981 and has been a Shareholder since 1986. Her practice areas include commercial real estate transactions, leasing and financing.
Mary graduated from the University of South Florida magna cum laude in 1975 with a bachelor's degree in medical technology. She earned a JD degree cum laude in 1981 from Stetson University, where she also served as editor-in-chief of the Stetson Law Review.
She is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, the Easements, Restrictions and Covenants Committee and the Legal Opinions Committee of the American Bar Association. She is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and past member of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee of The Florida Bar. She is a past president of the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers and a member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. In 2007 Mary received the James M. "Red" McEwen Memorial Award for Outstanding Service to the Bar and the Community.
