Ms. Sherry’s experience in products liability law is as diverse as the industries she defends. Representative matters include major pharmaceutical litigation; toxic tort claims’ class action matters; mass tort litigation; multidistrict litigation (MDL); defense of strict liability; negligence and warranty claims for a variety of consumer goods and juvenile product manufacturers; construction litigation; and the defense of complex personal injury matters.
