Client Comments

"I have been the Risk Manager for Bossier City for 19 years. During my tenure, I have been involved in all forms of litigation pertaining to municipal government. Ken Mascagni has been our leading defense counsel for many years. He has done an exceptional job and has earned the gratitude of the Mayor, city council, and everyone in the legal department of city hall. I personally review all pending lawsuits against the city with Ken on a regular basis. Moreover, I have witnessed Ken at depositions, mediations, and trials. From these experiences I can assure you that there is not a better-qualified attorney in the business on any level of measure. Ken is a professional who is extremely intelligent. His work ethic, principles, and moral duty are only exceeded by his obligation and zeal for doing what is right. His preparation, focus, and confidence are known by his peers who revere his proficiency and skill. I admire Ken for both professional and personal reasons. He has earned that admiration by proving himself to be capable of taking on the opposition with absolute self confidence."
