Jorge started his professional career at Garrigues where he was one of the lawyers responsible for creating and developing the Public Law department. As of 2011 he became the partner in charge of Administrative Law and Regulated Sectors at KPMG in Spain.
He is specialized in public-private partnerships, energy, telecommunications, Urban Law, environment, public aids, and Public Law in general.
Jorge has participated in the legal structuring, awarding and execution of major contracts related to all types of public infrastructures, advising in this field to both public entities as well as construction, engineering and concession companies, both in Spain and abroad.
He has broad experience in advising public and private companies in all administrative matters related to the execution of projects within the traditionally regulated sectors: water, pharma, transport, health, etc.
