Doug is a member of Frost Brown Todd LLC, and he is the leader of the firm's Tort and Insurance practice group. Doug concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability litigation, chemical exposure claims, insurance coverage analysis, and bad faith litigation.

Doug represents national and regional clients in insurance coverage claims and product liability litigation, and he has been lead counsel in numerous catastrophic injury cases involving chemical exposure claims.

For over 20 years, Doug has defended numerous corporate defendants in personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from alleged exposure to various toxic substances, including asbestos, carbon monoxide, foreign substances in food products, mold, petroleum products, and other chemicals.

Doug is licensed to practice in Indiana and Kentucky, and he has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts in both states.
