Mr. Inlander is a principal and co-managing partner of the firm.

In addition to his general practice representation of his clients, Mr. Inlander has been a litigation attorney in both state and federal courts for 40 years in the areas of complex family law litigation, civil, chancery, trust and probate, medical-legal and professional liability. He has also successfully mediated numerous matters, handled several matrimonial collaborative cases to resolution, and is actively engaged in the development of a cooperative law model for matrimonial cases.

Mr. Inlander is a past President of the Chicago Chapter of the American Jewish Committee, and a member of the national AJC Board of Governors, where he holds the post of National and International Chair of the Interreligious Affairs Committee.  In that role, Mr. Inlander has had three private audiences with Pope Francis. Read more (Article 1). Mr. Inlander participated as a speaker in the Interreligious Observance in memory of Cardinal Francis George at Holy Name Cathedral on April 24, 2015.

Mr. Inlander is also a member of the Chicago based Managing Partners Roundtable.

Professional Honors:
Mr. Inlander has recently been honored as a 2015 Illinois Super Lawyer, selected by his peers as one of the top 5% of the profession in the area of General Litigation. Super Lawyers also named Mr. Inlander one of the top 100 general litigation attorneys in the State of Illinois.

In addition, Mr. Inlander has been selected by the Leading Lawyers Network as one of 2015’s top 5% of attorneys in Illinois in the areas of Family Law.

Mr. Inlander is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest level of professional excellence in ethical standards and legal ability.

From 2009 to the present, Mr. Inlander has been selected to serve as a lay
representative on the ISBA Bench and Bar Section Council, where he chairs the Professional Ethics Subcommittee.

David Inlander was one of 25 international Jewish leaders granted an audience in June with Pope Francis at the Vatican to discuss Catholic-Jewish relations.  David also was privileged to lead a delegation for a private audience with the Pope in February, 2014, as well as participating in the Papal Interfaith Service at the 9-11 Memorial in New York City in September, 2015.
