Charles has been involved in the defense of the Firm’s clients in the following cases:
- National Coordinating Counsel in the defense of a polyurethane manufacturer in the nationwide Breast Implant Litigation, including MDL-926 In re Silicone Gel Breast Implant Litigation, United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama
- National Coordinating Counsel in the defense of a distributor of spinal fixation devices, including MDL-1014, In re Orthopedic Bone Screw Products Liability Litigation, United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania
After graduating from law school, Charles served for two years as a Law Clerk to Justices Boyce G. Clayton and Roy N. Vance of the Supreme Court of Kentucky.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, he practiced law in Hart County, Kentucky, where he concentrated his work primarily on criminal defense in state and federal courts.
