Adam B. Landa is a patent attorney and litigator and is Co-Chair of the firm's national eDiscovery & eRetention Practice. Adam has wide-ranging experience in large commercial litigation, principally in intellectual property matters, often with tens or hundreds of millions of dollars at issue. In addition to intellectual property litigation, Adam spends time counseling clients on patent prosecution matters and prosecutes patents and trademark matters in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as coordinating international intellectual property portfolios. He has broad-ranging experience as an advocate, counseling clients in all aspects of the laws involving commercial and technology transactions and protection and exploitation of intellectual property. In addition, Adam consults throughout the country on electronic document retention and security and electronic discovery. Adam has represented clients in many federal and state courts, the International Trade Commission, and in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
