McNair Law Firm, P.A. was founded in Columbia, South Carolina in January of 1971 when Robert E. McNair completed his terms as Governor of South Carolina. Our Firm takes pride in knowing that we are equipping our Clients to succeed as they compete in the 21st Century's global marketplace.
With offices in Anderson, Bluffton, Charleston, Columbia, Georgetown, Greenville, Hilton Head Island and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and also in Charlotte, North Carolina, our Firm represents Clients with a broad range of local, national and international concerns.
Without exception, our Firm is committed to the pursuit of excellence. All attorneys in our Firm serve on various charitable, civic, professional and business associations or organizations contributing to the communities in which they reside. In addition to playing an active role in the life of our states and country, our timely awareness of developments in local and global communities enables our attorneys to better serve our Clients.
It is in tough, challenging circumstances that we are at our best. We pursue the solution, not belabor the issue. There is a simple, though multifaceted, key to our Firm's success: capability, capacity and concern.
Our tradition of responsiveness and devotion to the best interests of our Clients is our hallmark. We care. We structure our representation to each Client's specific requirements and encourage close contact and a candid and constructive exchange of information and ideas on each matter handled. It is always our goal to provide sophisticated, creative, practical advice in a timely fashion. At the same time, we are mindful of the cost of legal services and strive to handle all matters in the most economic manner possible. We emphasize the team approach in our practice and are committed to controlling legal service costs while delivering quality performance with desired results.
We serve the South, the Southeast and international concerns at the intersection of business and government and we are organized to respond to our Clients both functionally and geographically.
