Our international and foreign law services include document drafting and review, contract negotiation and assistance in domestic and international business transactions; entity formation; international corporate issues; outside in-house counsel activities (including liaison with local counsel); opinion and advice on European privacy; litigation and transaction support services for clients and lawyers (such as taking of evidence abroad and international privileges and advice on discrete transactional issues); Italian law and EU law.
