Dr. Tobias Bürgers is Co-Chair of Noerr. He focuses his practice on Corporate, Capital Markets, and Mergers and Acquisitions Law. He acts for listed companies as well as for major family owned businesses and has dealt with many takeovers and capital market transactions as responsible partner. In addition to his practice, Dr. Bürgers is an active author for legal matters co-authoring "Takeover Law in Germany."

Heleen’s expertise and experience focus on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, corporate law and corporate governance. She acts on behalf of leading domestic and international clients, both listed and privately held. From 2008 to 2013, Heleen held the position of managing partner in Amsterdam whilst remaining active in her areas of specialism.

Luis Castro is the Founding Partner and Managing Partner, BLP Abogados from 2003 – present. He is the head of real estate law. He specializes in real estate, energy, business, corporate & commercial, and project finance.

John Keker, co-founder of Keker & Van Nest, has four decades of trial experience. He largely centers his practice around White Collar Criminal Defense and Intellectual Property Litigation. Mr. Keker is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and International Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Soren Hornbæk Svendsen is part of Horten Law Firm's management team. He specialises in energy law and in general commercial and contract law advice to companies both inside and outside the energy sector. Before his time at Horten, Svendsen was Head of Legal and Vice President at DONG Energy (2001-2005) and as corporate legal counsel at the Danish industrial conglomerate, FL Smidth (1996-2001).

Paul assists clients in their corporate and financial transactions and provides the full range of advice in these fields. He has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, securities offerings, take-over bids, as well as project and acquisition finance. Paul also represents clients in corporate and financial litigation, including shareholders disputes, directors' liability and cases relating to financial products and services.

Robert M.
