Kevin Sullivan is a member of the firm's Real Estate Finance Practice Group. He has extensive experience in all areas of real estate finance. His direct involvement in client relationships and management of multi-attorney teams for the benefit of clients ensures a responsive, quality product on a competitively priced basis. He serves on committees of various industry groups and is a frequent contributor by way of both articles and speeches to new industry issues.

In addition to his roles as a Tax Partner and Chairman of the firm, Liam is responsible for managing the firm’s UK practice which focuses on meeting the Irish legal needs of the international legal services market in London. He is also actively involved in the development of the firm’s US practice. His areas of expertise are BEPS, development of Irish tax policy, inward investment, structured finance and derivatives, tax, and US business.

Ed O’Keefe, former General Counsel of Bank of America Corporation, advises and represents financial institutions. Having also headed or served as a senior executive with the bank’s compliance, technology, human resources and operations functions, Ed’s broad experience includes all aspects of litigation, regulatory compliance, governance, cybersecurity, risk management and compensation, including the structuring and management of pension and equity plans.

Mark Wasserman has been the Managing Partner of Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP for 12 years and is the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Eversheds Sutherland Limited. He leads the firm’s lawyers and staff in collaborating to provide high quality, efficient and creative service to the firm’s clients.
