Mr. Muirhead joined Modrall Sperling in 1995 and concentrates his practice in the area of public finance. His experience includes service as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter's counsel on numerous transactions for municipalities, counties, and school districts throughout New Mexico.

Prior to joining Modrall, Sperling, Roehl, Harris & Sisk, P.A., Mr. Muirhead served as a law clerk to The Honorable James A. Parker, United States District Judge for the District of New Mexico.
