What do you focus on?
My practice is focused on the defense of aviation products liability claims. I draw on my time as a Naval Aviator and civilian pilot and my degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science to serve my clients.
Our aviation group is national counsel for a large, foreign manufacturer of both fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. I am and have been primary trial counsel for claims filed all over the United States arising from crashes both foreign and domestic. I have tried cases to verdict in a number of state and federal courts.
I also handle litigation claims of a more diverse nature, including employment discrimination, business disputes, officers and directors liability and toxic torts.
