Bill Crenshaw has more than 30 years of civil litigation experience and focuses his practice in the area of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and workouts. Bill is also experienced in real estate disputes, including tax credit workouts and bankruptcy, and has substantial healthcare litigation experience. Additionally, he has been involved in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including tax credit disputes, workouts, contested administrative proceedings, partnership disputes, fiduciary liability actions, lender liability litigation, fraud claims, probate litigation, breach of contract actions, real estate disputes, bankruptcy and workouts, receiverships, contested foreclosures, banking litigation, and creditors' rights issues. Bill also has broad experience in bankruptcy, including corporate reorganizations, tax credit bankruptcy issues, landlord claims, and the defense of fraudulent transfer and related claims.
Bill has conducted several jury and non-jury trials and has handled appeals in state and federal court. He has been admitted to practice in over 10 federal district courts and four federal circuit courts of appeal, as well as the United States Supreme Court. His clients include major corporations, banks, developers, and individuals.
