Wilhelm Danelzik is a founding partner of Andersen Tax and Legal Germany. Prior to Andersen, Wilhelm Danelzik was a partner with the international law firm Freshfields and its German predecessor for 30 years. He started his career as a corporate lawyer and, later, also advised for many years on all matters pertaining to industrial property rights before he finally decided to completely focus on dispute resolution. In the fields of litigation and arbitration, Wilhelm focuses on commercial and corporate law disputes, on post-M&A disputes, as well as on disputes relating to long-term agreements. His clients are leading commercial enterprises as well as industrial companies and businesses from the service sector. Wilhelm, born in 1946, studied law in Bochum and Bonn. After completing his first state examination in Bonn, he did his doctorate at the Institute of Private International Law of the University of Bonn (Prof. Dr. Beitzke).
