Wendy Wilkie Parker is of counsel to Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, where she practices environmental and energy law and immigration law. Her experience includes representation of clients before administrative agencies and in state and federal litigation; negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements, consent agreements, and consent decrees; general advice regarding regulatory compliance and permitting, the purchase, development and sale of brownfields, and environmental audits; and negotiation and drafting of environmental access agreements and environmental language for asset and property purchase agreements; including experience with CERCLA, RCRA, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act and Clean Air Act.
She also practices immigration law. She represents corporations and individuals in providing business immigration services. Her experience includes representation of clients in obtaining non-immigrant visas, permanent residency, and U.S. citizenship.
