Thomas L. Overbey has many years of experience in the fields of estate planning, trusts, probate, retirement plans, business, and personal tax planning. He received his B.A. from Hendrix College, his J.D. from the University of Arkansas, and his LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is currently serving as a member of the Board of Regents and the Long Range Planning Committee. He is a past Chairman of the Technology in the Practice Committee, and a past member of the Digital Property Task Force, the Business Planning Committee, the State Chairs Steering Committee, and served as State Chair for Arkansas.
