Tamsen L. Leachman devotes her legal career to assisting employers and organizations in all areas of employment and labor law. She represents employers in a wide variety of employment-related lawsuits, administrative hearings, grievances, arbitrations, unfair labor practices, and in collective bargaining. She also provides advice and counsel to employers regarding the myriad of laws governing the employment relationship with an emphasis on prevention through compliance, coupled with the development of strategic, system-driven solutions.
Tamsen rounds out her practice through her proactive training programs targeted at human resource professionals, managers, executives, and in-house counsel. These programs often begin with root-cause analysis, move to development of systems or programs to eliminate core problems, and conclude with educational training to ensure the new solutions and tools are used effectively and knowledge deficits are corrected.
