Tamika R. Nordstrom has significant experience in the area of employment litigation and arbitration. Her experience includes handling claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) in addition to state-specific employment law claims.
Tamika provides employment counseling and advice to employers on a national basis. She negotiates settlement and severance agreements and assists corporations in all areas of employment practices, including hiring, termination and investigation of employment disputes. She has expertise in drafting and seeking enforcement of non-competition and trade secret agreements. Tamika has practiced in multiple federal and state trial and appellate courts and has trial experience in bench and jury trials and arbitrations.
