Mr. Solow’s relevant experience includes the following:
- Represents a wide range of businesses on regulatory matters, including enforcement defense, internal investigations, litigation, compliance issues and homeland security matters.
- Counsels senior management and corporate boards of directors on corporate best practices and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
- Represents major U.S. and foreign corporations on domestic and international regulatory matters and litigation.
Mr. Solow earned his BA from Brown University in 1980 and his JD from New York University School of Law in 1985. He is an adjunct at Georgetown and Pace law schools. He is admitted to practice in New York and Washington, DC and is a member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
