Mr. Stephen H. Siegel is an Of Counsel member of the Firm's Health Law and White Collar Defense and Compliance Practice Groups.
Mr. Siegel has been practicing law for more than 25 years and focuses his practice in all areas of health law, ranging from regulatory issues to enforcement and general corporate matters.
He is a Board Certified Health Law Attorney, designating the highest level of competency and experience by The Florida Bar.
Mr. Siegel's practice focuses on assisting clients who are involved in all areas of the health care industry, including individual physicians and group practices, ambulatory surgical centers, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, hospices, hospitals, clinical laboratories, pharmacies, pharmaceutical wholesalers and other parties.
He has spoken extensively on health law issues to groups including CPAs, members of The Florida Bar, Health Care Associations, and universities. His topics have ranged from Stark II, Medicare mark-up restrictions, health care fraud, compliance, fee splitting and physician self-referral.
Mr. Siegel has also published in Florida Medical Business, South Florida Medical Business and The Florida Bar Journal, among others.

He has previously practiced at several large, national law firms across Florida and the east coast. Most recently, Mr. Siegel served as General Counsel for a company involved in the nursing home industry.
