Salvador Espinosa de los Monteros Garde has been a partner at Garrigues. Since its creation in 1998, he has been in charge of Garrigues’ Human Capital Services professional services line, encompassing areas such as the design and implementation of compensation systems and remuneration formulas for senior managers and employees, international staff transfer management and the implementation of companies’ employee welfare programs. His clients include a significant number of the largest Spanish companies, both listed and unlisted, multinationals and subsidiaries of multinational groups. He has been the advisor of the appointments and remuneration committee of the boards of directors of the most important listed companies and large banks in Spain. Currently he is the Secretary of the Appointments and Remuneration Commiittee of the Board of Directors of SiemensGamesa, an IBEX35 company.
He is a senior lecturer on the Master’s Degree programs on Human Resources, Taxation, and Banking and Finance at Centro de Estudio Garrigues and is responsible for the Compensation and Benefits area of the Human Resources Master’s Degree program. He also lectures at Centro de Estudios Financieros. He is a member of the teaching staff at Instituto de Estudios Fiscales of the Ministry of Finance and lectures on the Business Law Master’s Degree offered by Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences organized by various organizations such as APD and Instituto de Fomento Empresarial.
He is part of the Consultation Group of Fundación de Estudios Financieros, a member of the Global Equity Organization (GEO), World Services Group (WSG), the Spanish Expatriation Forum and a member of the Advisory Board on the Human Resources Master’s Degree program offered by Centro de Estudios Garrigues.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and the Madrid Association of Economists.
