Roman started his career in law still before graduation as a student paralegal clerking for a big Chelyabinsk litigation firm representing middle and large businesses, and, upon qualifying in 2009, was promoted in-house counsel.
In 2011, he joined, as in-house counsel, a large Chelyabinsk confectionery group, was promoted senior counsel in 2013 and appointed head of litigation. As such, Roman reformed the function into a standalone legal practice representing both group companies and third party clients.
Since 2013, Roman Taradanov has represented on a pro bono basis the Business Right Commissioner on antitrust and environmental matters in the Chelyabinsk Region.
