Roberta Jardim de Morais heads the firm's Agribusiness, Biosafety, Contaminated Areas, Due Diligence, Forestry and Paper, Ports and Airports Infrastructure, Real Estate, Natural Resources Department and Transport and Infrastructure. She represents high profile clients on all matters related to environmental law.
Roberta was Adjunct Consultant for International Affairs, Government of State of Minas Gerais (1998/2002). She has a Postdoctoral degree in Human Rights at Law School of University of Coimbra (2014); a Doctoral Degree in Legal-Economic Sciences from Law School of University of Coimbra (2010) and a Master's Degree in Economic Law from UFMG (2003). She is also a Specialist in Diritto del Commercio Internazionale (International Trade Law) from Instituto Universitario Europeo (1995) and Specialist on Antitrust Law from UFMG (2000). She has a Bachelor Degree from Federal University of Minas Gerais - UFMG (1994).
