Bob represents employers throughout the country on labor and employment law matters including collective bargaining; grievances and arbitration; National Labor Relations Board; labor strategies for mergers and acquisitions; EEOC and state agency charges of discrimination; OFCCP matters; hiring, discipline, and termination counseling; FMLA; in-house training for supervisors and managers; and development of union-free strategies and tactics.
He is a former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He also is active in the American Bar Association, where he previously served as management co-chair of the Subcommittee on Covenants Not to Compete, Duty of Loyalty, and Trade Secrets. He is a contributing editor for the American Bar Association's/BNA Covenants Not to Compete: Duty of Loyalty, Trade Secrets and Tortious Interference.
Bob is a frequent author, speaker and trainer on labor and employment issues. He has articles published in the Practical Litigator and HR Advisor.
