Robert W. "Bob" Palmer
Recognized since 2013

Business Organizations (including LLCs and Partnerships)
Robert Palmer has more than 35 years of experience representing corporate and real estate clients. Bob specializes in corporate transactions, real estate, general business law, secured transactions and estate planning. His clients include landlords, buyers of farms and businesses, large shareholders, international grain companies and the Port of Portland.
Bob recently represented owners in the development, construction and lease of a nine-story office/retail building in Portland’s Pearl District. He also represented a seller in a $24 million business acquisition and majority shareholders in a $32 million corporate recapitalization. Even with large, complex transactions, Bob finds that Lindsay Hart has the talent to represent its clients with fewer attorneys, which helps provide more personable service for less cost.
Bob is a member of the Oregon State Bar. An interest in business spurred him to earn a license as a Certified Public Accountant, and he is a former member of both the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, and graduated cum laude while receiving his B.B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan Business School.
