Everyone deserves to have their story told.
Rachel Tallon Reynolds relies upon this philosophy to defend companies - among them some of the world's leading manufacturers - against claims involving complex litigation, product liability, and catastrophic personal injury. Corporate clients often face societal challenges when defending themselves against frivolous litigation, and Ms. Reynolds takes pride in telling jurors who her clients are and why their story matters.
Ms. Reynolds has successfully tried more than twenty cases to verdict in Washington and California state courts, including several complete defense verdicts. She prides herself on providing creative solutions to legal challenges and outwitting her adversaries. Having grown up in a small town and then traveling the world as a member of the U.S. Army, Ms. Reynolds is uniquely able to connect with people from all walks of life. This skill serves her well when persuading jurors, deposing witnesses, or managing all aspects of complex litigation.
Ms. Reynolds began her career as a Deputy District Attorney for one of the largest counties in the United States, where she was named a “Prosecutor of the Year.” She has represented clients in appeals in state court and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
