He has been involved with capital formation, business restructuring, start-up and business founding situations, mezzanine financing (including direct equity, warrants and debt), securities transactions for both public and non-public entities, structural tax strategies, mergers, roll-ups, acquisitions, divestitures, 363 transactions, public-private partnerships, joint ventures and complex contracts of all kinds.
The range of industries Peter has serviced includes heavy industry, advanced manufacturing (including medical device, aerospace, defense, electronics, specialty products and complex process and production machinery), combustion, climate control, construction, distribution, software, communications and other media-related enterprises, packaging, medical services, data analysis, scientific research and specialty food.
Peter also has experience in IP licensing and the use and protection of confidential and proprietary information, and the impact of complex legal and regulatory requirements on businesses, including antitrust law, export controls and preliminary FCPA issues, governance and fiduciary responsibility issues, and liability issues.
